Store Policies
- Art shown for preorders is NOT FINAL: Changes may be made as a part of the manufacturing process. By purchasing, you confirm that you are ok with executive decisions taken to transform the art as best as possible.
- No Address Changes Can Be Accommodated for in-hands stock: All labels are printed shortly after drop, and items will be packed and shipped within five to seven (5-7) business days following a purchase at drop. We aim to have a quick turnaround with our ship times, and would like to send product out as soon as possible.
- SNIGPINS will not accept any requests for replacements or refunds after seven (7) days: You have seven days from the day of delivery to report any problems with your orders. In order to recieve a refund/reshipment, you must follow all instructions given by SNIGPINS in a follow-up email. These issues can be as follows:
- Item Misdelivered/Not Delivered: All preorder purchases are insured to the value of the purchase, so we will be able to either replace or refund in this case.
- Item Damaged: We will submit a case on your behalf and work with you to give you a prorated refund as it is provided to us by insurance.
- Refunds: In the instance that you change your mind about a product before it is shipped, or after you recieve it, you may request one (1) refund. We will honor this so long as it is made within seven days of delivery, or before it is shipped out. A second refund request will result in a permanent block and cancellation of future orders.
- Holds and Payment: SNIGPINS is unable to hold items for future payment.
- In-Hands Resale and Trade Permitted: Once an item is in your hands, provided that it is not a strict pay for production, you are allowed to resell or trade it as you see fit.
- Behavior: SNIGPINS has a zero-tolerance policy for racist, sexist, homophobic and transphobic language. If such language is used in conjunction with a SNIGPINS product, you will be blocked and banned from the store. SNIGPINS reserves the right to block and ban potential customers for any such infraction, or potential rudeness and indecency on the part of a potential customer.
- As an addendum to this rule, we now have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and other such behavior. Anyone participating in this behavior will immediately be blocked without the eligibility for unblock.
- On the Blocklist: In the rare advent that SNIGPINS blocks and bans a user from future purchases from the store, you can submit an inquiry via the contact app on the site. In accordance with new policies, you may be unblocked if you donate to a non-political, non-religious charity that aligns with our values, and supports and affirms all people.
- We Reserve the Right to Decline Your Business: We excercise our right to decline business from customers who we believe are not best served under our model. We thank you for your understanding.
