• "Will ___ ever be restocked?" : Maybe! If you would like something to be restocked please check out our restock form! The more requests we get for a pin, the more likely (and the larger the quantity!) of a restock will be. All restocks will be variants. 

• "Will ___ have preorders?": Yes, some items do have preorders. They remain open as long as slots remain open. 

• "How do I redeem a charity trade or freebie pin?" After preorders have concluded and all pins are accounted for, you can submit a request via Instagram DM. All freebie pins/charity trades are limited stock (you are not guaranteed that I have any particular pin available for this offer,) and you are only allowed to redeem a freebie once per person.
